Any vendor meeting the criteria can request a debriefing meeting with the file lead regarding the award status of the contract.
Vendors must request a debrief meeting within 10 days of receipt of award notification.
To request a debrief:
- The vendor contacts the File Lead by phone or email to request a debrief meeting.
- The meeting will take place by phone or in person at a time agreed to by both parties.
